Within the first couple minutes of sitting down with Gary (Stewart) and Jim (Noonan) we immediatly knew that brand alignment was key. We needed to make sure that every design aspect of the site reflected the overall look and feel portrayed by their logo. We also identified the key focuses of their business online (selling wine and promoting events). This strong brand assimilation made the site comfortable to use and boosted on-site sales making it more successful than its competitors.

So, we hit the drawing boards.

Armed with what we gathered at our first meeting, we honed in on their target market and “typical” customer and focused on their needs, wants, and pain-points. With this, we moved to developing their creative direction, social marketing strategy, and website around what we had found out. The outcome was tremendous; upon launching the website, Four Brix sold out on their grand-opening event within a month, scored hundreds of followers via social media outlets, dominated their search terms, all on top of getting instant sign-ups to their wine club.
